What Is a Yoga Challenge?

The best of both worlds: A yoga challenge can help you get started with yoga, or inspire your practice if you’re already a yogi. It’s different from a yoga class in that you are challenged to participate every day for a period of time – from 3 days to a month.

Who Can Do It?

No experience required: Everyone! No yoga experience required, and 10 minutes per day is all it takes.
No need to buy any equipment: Having all the gear can be nice, but really all you need is a little room to move on a non-slip surface.
