Day 1 – 30 Day Yoga Challenge – Let’s Get Started!

For Day 1 of the challenge, we’re doing something that everyone loves to do: open up the hips! A lot of us sit or stand up for most of the day and don’t get the opportunity to stretch out and work through some of that tension that builds up over time. Today, we’ll do a few things to increase the mobility in the hips so that we can unwind the deeper muscles of the lower back and pelvis.
