• Yoga Workout For Posture – Day 3 – 30 Day Yoga Challenge

    Posture is so important, not just because of the way it makes us look, but also for the heath of the spine. Today we’re continuing to work on the deeper musculature of the back to build the strength that allows us to stand tall and breathe deep. Having good posture often helps a multitude of little aches and pains, so we’re working towards eliminating all those pesky little pinches and aches that come with slouching all the time. You’ll definitely feel the muscles work today!
