Yoga Is For Everybody? Not Quite...

This 2-minute quiz shows you if yoga is for you. Or what you should do instead.

How to Make Failure Impossible

Yoga | Yoga for Beginners

I know I am going to dive into a really hot topic here, so I am ready for all it will bring up. The power of wording is immense here. I am not suggesting that you aim to never ever make a mistake again. That would be ridiculous. What I'm saying is: You can stop failing by continuing to fail.

Some people see failure under different lenses, but they still see them as such. You sugar-coat failure with words such as "challenge" or "lesson" by justifying the term. Here I am asking you to take it a step forward and go to the root. Set your standards high and let failure be a word that you’re not going to use for a while, especially if you are still working your way up the ladder.

We did not choose the easy way. We chose to become experts in our passion and to share it with the world to make a difference, or at least I hope so, otherwise you’re going to struggle following through every day. How can you stop failing then, once and for all?

Exercise Your Perspective

Let’s do this little exercise together. Now, grab a piece of paper and write down two words on separate lines: success and failure. What I’d like you to do is to write down what these two words mean for you.

Now I am going to share with you my ideas of success and failure.

Failure to me is essentially to give up, to let go of all I have been working so hard for, just drop the mic and leave the stage. Success to me is to inspire one person every single day. With my online presence and the way I share my message each and every single day. This is definitely an easier task than what it seems.

Do you notice something? I am making it so hard for me to fail. Failing to me would be giving up all I’ve been working on for the past four months and to stop trying. On the contrary, I made it extremely easy for me to succeed. I am finding success in the feeling of gratitude for having chosen to follow this path and challenge myself along the way.

You see? Extremely easy to succeed, almost impossible to fail. Does it affect the way I think, the way I talk about my business to others? Yes it does.

Start Today

It requires a lot of practice to change a pattern in your brain, especially when it involves beliefs that have been stuck with us for years. I still face challenges, and I still learn lessons. That’s how I refer to them. It’s all about eradicating words that do not empower me from my mental dictionary.

That’s what I’d like you to do: rewrite your ideas of success and failure, and stick it in your mood board, your Pinterest board, your Instagram profile, or on your desk.

Set yourself up for success every single day.
