Laura Ahrens reluctantly tried yoga in 2009 and is now a dedicated practitioner and teacher. She received her 200 hour certification in vinyasa in 2011 and shortly after fell in love with Forrest Yoga. She completed the Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training in 2012. She is a level I and II Reiki practitioner under master Pamela Miles and holds a BFA in Musical Theater from The University of the Arts. Laura teaches Forrest Yoga and studied directly under Ana Forrest, creatrix of Forrest Yoga. The style was created to address current day stresses and challenges both physical and emotional.
