How To Use Crystals & Gems

You can place your crystals, gems & precious stones around your mat as you practice, or onto an altar that you create in your practice space. You can also choose to meditate directly on one of your fave gems. If there is a specific stone that you’re attracted to or needing right now, carry it around somehow (pocket, locket, etc.), wear it as a pendant or even as a mala.
