It’s the holidays and you don’t have time to go to the store to pull together one of those fabulously healthy meals you are famous for (or you’re like me and you're starving for something fabulous and nourishing, but are never going to make it to the store and back without stuffing your face with something “less healthy”).

What you do have are a few random ingredients scattered around the kitchen.
