In just 14 days, 8 minutes a day, you’ll get in-depth insights and step-by-step yoga guides, alignment tips, and flowing yoga sequences to keep your yogi body toned and injury-free throughout your yoga practice. You don’t need to have any yoga experience. Some classes might be physically more challenging, don’t worry if you can’t follow them right away. Yoga is a journey!
