Bruce is inspired by his travels around the globe, and the people he meets along the way. He has lived and taught yoga in (his hometown of) Toronto, Singapore, Dublin, Bangkok, Hong Kong, and San Francisco. With over 1000 certifiable training hours, and 8+ years of teaching experience, Bruce strives to create a unique yoga experience which challenges the student physically and mentally, and additionally provides healing and grounding. Bruce leads workshops, retreats, and trainings in various parts of the world. When he isn't practicing yoga, you can find Bruce having a laugh with a friend over a good cup of coffee.
