I became hooked on Vinyasa Flow yoga whilst living in Vancouver. Completely different to slower yoga classes I had previously attended, this dynamic and physically challenging style offered mental release as well as the ideal form of cross-training to complement my professional work as an archaeologist and the various outdoor sports that the area is famed for. After moving back to the UK, I decided to train as a teacher and now offer classes in Yorkshire, based out of the market town of Skipton near the Yorkshire Dales National Park. In my free time I like to explore the Dales, climbing, cycling, and romping across the moors with my husband and our terrier. Please visit my website or Facebook page for more information about me, my classes, and outdoor yoga and cycling workshops.
