I'm thrilled to be joining you all and bringing Pilates to DOYOUYOGA. As a Pilates do-er, I love how great my body and mind feel after doing a session. I feel centered, strong & free-moving. As an instructor, I am the most rewarded when my clients achieve their goals, especially ones that include being pain-free or having more ease-of-movement. I'm always trying to find new ways to help people get the most out of each exercise, so I hope you enjoy my imagery cues!
