Questions about DOYOUYOGA Free video courses

Why are the courses free? What’s the catch?

There is no catch! Create a free DOYOUYOGA account, unlock a free course, and rock your free yoga. It’s free—forever!

What happens to my personal data?

We never share your personal data (email address, name, etc.) with anyone. Read more in our Terms of Service and the Data Privacy section of this FAQ.

Questions about the DOYOUYOGA Premium subscription

Do I really get access to everything as a paying subscriber?

Yes! Your membership gives you access to all existing and future challenges, programs, and video classes on DOYOUYOGA. Enjoy!

How do I cancel my premium subscription?

You can cancel your subscription any time by navigating to your membership page via to top right navigation.

Can I really cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, totally! And you can also come back anytime :-)

I purchased a course before the change to the subscription system, will I still have lifetime access to the courses I already purchased?

Yes, absolutely! You continue to have lifetime access to those courses.

Issues with accessing a course or video

How do I enroll in a Free Course?

Once you’ve found a course that you would like to take, go to its main page and click the blue button labeled “Start taking this course”. A message will immediately pop up, confirming your enrollment and asking if you would like to invite your friends to join you—which you totally should do :-) And that’s it! Just watch for session links to show up in your inbox, or access the course through the “Practice” tab on your profile page.

How do I access my courses?

Once you enroll in a course, it is saved under the “Practice” tab on your profile. All of your courses can be accessed there, whenever you like, as often as you please, forever and ever!

Are the courses available for download, so that I can access them offline?

We are unable to offer the courses for download at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Is there a DOYOUYOGA app for my mobile device?

We do not currently offer an app, but we do have a mobile-friendly version of our website, which is compatible with all major devices.

I missed a day of my course! Can I still access it?

Yep! Just go to the “Practice” tab on your profile, and choose the course you want. On its main page, you’ll see the individual session links listed. Select the day(s) that you missed, and you’ll be able to get caught up, no problem! Or do them at your own pace!

How do I track my progress with a course?

There is a grey ‘switch’ labeled OPEN|DONE near the video box (to the right if on your computer, below it if on your mobile device). Just click DONE, and voilà! The course will be recorded as complete, and your progress will be tracked!

Question about existing orders

I didn’t receive my order confirmation.

If you’ve purchased subscription but haven’t received your order confirmation, make sure to check your SPAM folder and add DOYOUYOGA to your list of safe senders. If you still can’t find our email, please contact the Help Center.

Problems accessing your account

I want to recover my password or username.

Resetting your account is super easy. If you lost your password or username, just head over to the Forgot Password page and enter your email or username. We’ll send you a password reset email within minutes.

I didn’t get my password reset email.

Didn’t get an email? Make sure to check your SPAM folder. If that doesn’t help, send us a message via the Help Center. We’ll get your account up and running in no time.

Problems with the video stream

The videos don’t play properly.

Problems with the video stream (quality, interruptions, etc.) can have different reasons. To make sure you always get the best video quality, please keep your browser updated. We recommend the Google Chrome browser which you can download here.

I’ve updated my browser, but it still doesn’t work.

If you’re still experiencing problems after updating your browser, the problem might be due to your internet connection. Streaming HD videos requires a fast internet connection. So you could try to:

  1. Turn off the HD mode of the videos,
  2. Make sure there are no other data-heavy downloads going on,
  3. Talk to your internet provider about the speed of your connection,
  4. Close all other applications to make sure your computer can allocate its resources to the video stream.

Issues with emails

I’m not receiving any emails from DOYOUYOGA

To make sure all emails from DOYOUYOGA come safely into your inbox (and not in your spam folder), you need to make sure to add us to the safe senders list of your email provider. But don’t worry, it only takes 10 seconds. Follow this guide right here.

Always check your spam folder, sometimes our emails get caught accidentally.

I don’t want to receive any more emails from DOYOUYOGA

All of our emails contain an unsubscribe link (unless we are messaging your personally). Use the link to unsubscribe.

What happens to my personal data after registering?

We never share your personal data (email address, name, etc.) with anyone. Your data is safe and will only be used for the things that you agreed to.
