Do you feel like you’re trapped sitting at your desk all day? Suffering from back pain due to hunching over your computer? Never fear, DOYOUYOGA is here, with the all new Office Yoga Challenge! Join yoga teacher Ann Swanson for 10 days of yoga that you can do in the office to relieve all your aches and pains. For two weeks, Monday to Friday (with the weekend free!) you’ll work on strengthening, stretching, and loosening up so that you’ll be happier, calmer, and more productive.
