I am a vegan, environmentalist, and fitness warrior. I attend Columbia College Chicago with a focus in Marketing for sustainability and fitness. I struggled with body image issues since I was in elementary school, as a 20-something I have come to peace with my body. I learned to establish a sustainable relationship with food and my fitness routine by focusing on loving my body as a whole. I created EcoFitYogi to talk about creating friendships with the body, taking care of yourself and the earth, making fitness fun with sustainable goals, and enjoying food again.
