Greer is a D.C. based yoga teacher. Her interest in yoga began in High School with a few videos that she would practice in her living room. With just enough room for a yoga mat she began her daily practice, slowly incorporating more styles and growing in her understanding that yoga is so much more than exercise. Yoga is now a part of her everyday and she looks to share her practice with her students. Greer loves to come up with challenging sequences with a vigorous flow and a focus on steady breath. She is always looking to learn and is so thankful to be part of the yoga community.
