As an extrovert exploring my introverted side, I incorporate yoga, meditation, nutrition and travel into my personal healing/ learning journey, sometimes called life. I’m an accidental life-long vegetarian, part-time vegan, and lover of cheese. Making connections and serving others is a passion of mine. Oh, and I'm integrating more mindfulness into my daily life. But mostly, I'm just trying to find my place and purpose in this crazy world. I view the world as an abundant playground waiting to be explored. I make a conscious effort to do things that give me joy and fill me up, a small but mighty act of self-love.
