This short film from director Luke Gilford and starring Pamela Anderson asks these very questions. The film, called (you guessed it) Connected, depicts a woman in the midst of a mid-life crisis, looking for a way to connect to herself and live in the healthiest way possible. But in this search for connection, does she lose something, or gain something? You be the judge.
We’re glad that the filmmaker is so sure that yoga is a practice that helps you feel better that he included it in his dystopian wellness retreat. We just wish that he realized that yoga can make you feel better without going to extremes.
